Security Screens
The Board of Directors has provided new and revised information for you in the event you want to add a security door, sunscreens, stain your front door, etc. In other words, make any changes to the exterior of your unit.
Please review the Architectural Control Documents before applying to the Board for changes to your condo.
It is in the best interests of all residents to have well planned and complimentary materials and colors throughout the complex.
The see the yellow sheet is the application form and review the photos of acceptable styles and colors of security doors and then the document containing specific requirements and approved vendors follows that.
